Technical Support Specialist – Philippines (Makati)

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with good problem-solving ability.


  • Minimum 2-year experience in System Administration / Infrastructure Support roles.
  • Must have knowledge about Microsoft Client – Server infrastructure.
  • Must have general knowledge about Firewall and Anti-Virus solutions.
  • Knowledge about Kaspersky Lab and Check Point products is a plus.
  • Knowledge about Log Management / SIEM solutions is a plus.


  • Responding to the cases and troubleshooting technical issues. (Remote and on-site)
  • Conducting regular health-check for customer systems.
  • Monitoring customer environments.
  • Managing updates and installing patches.
  • Managing daily backup operations.
  • Managing technical documentation.
  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.

Specific Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year experience
