We are looking for an IT Support Technician with good problem-solving ability. Requirements: Minimum 2-year experience in System Administration / Infrastructure Support roles. Must have knowledge about Microsoft Client – Server infrastructure. Must have general knowledge about Firewall and Anti-Virus solutions. Knowledge about Kaspersky Lab and Check Point products is a plus. Knowledge about Log Management / SIEM solutions is a plus. Duties: Responding to the cases and troubleshooting technical issues. (Remote and on-site) Conducting regular health-check for customer systems. Monitoring customer environments. Managing updates and installing patches. Managing daily backup operations. Managing technical documentation. Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
